Tickets for our Cruises are obtained from the Loch Ness Gifts shop in the centre of Drumnadrochit (tel: 44 (0) 1456 450695) and your Skipper collects you in our minibus from the Departure Point outside the Tourist Information Office in the village Car Park,(Free parking) for the short trip to our private jetty.

N.B. (Unless invited specifically by your skipper to take your vehicle to the boat departure point, please, please, do not do so, as parking there is not available.)

You will be on board our 31 foot cruiser for 45 to 50 minutes, depending upon how long you spend feeding the ducks and swans.

On completion of your cruise we take you back to the departure point.

We make sure that our cruise presents ideal opportunities to take photographs or video of Loch Ness and Urquhart Castle.

As we travel, informative and entertaining video presentations are provided, and these, which have been compiled by our vastly experienced skippers, should be able to answer most, if not all, of your questions.

Nonetheless we are more than happy to answer (if we can) any questions which you may care to ask.

The onboard colour echo sounders show the depth of water under the boat (both pictorially and digitally) as we go along, together with anything swimming underneath or nearby us. This type of equipment is a very useful tool in the sub surface search of Loch Ness and over the years many interesting targets have been recorded by it. Many of these have also been studied in detail and whilst logical explanations have been given for most, there are still some which defy such definition. It is these, plus the hope of finding more which makes sure that we keep an ever watchful eye on the sonar screen. The dark peat stained water of the Loch severely limits the efficacy of even modern cameras and lighting systems.

It is our wish that everyone has a memorable experience of Loch Ness on our cruise, and we are happy to answer all of your questions with the most accurate information available.

Equally, if you prefer just to look and enjoy your surroundings we are quite happy to keep quiet.
